Rayma Suprani (Caracas, 1959) is an award winning Venezuelan-American cartoonist, illustrator and political satirist. In 2014 she was dismissed from her job at the Venezuelan tabloid El Universal for drawing a cartoon that criticized Hugo Chavez. She was forced to leave the country and now lives in the United States.
